EchoNotes is an app for iOS and Android published by AGENTIQFLOW LLC ("EchoNotes", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. AGENTIQFLOW LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

EchoNotes is intended for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. See "Children" below.

The EchoNotes Pro subscription is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive your card number.
To check that a purchase is genuine and still active, the app sends the store's signed receipt together with a random per-install identifier (a string like till_anon_…, generated on your device, not derived from you or your device's hardware) to our own purchase server, AgentiqFlow Money, which AGENTIQFLOW LLC runs on Cloudflare. It verifies the receipt with Apple or Google and stores: that identifier, the product bought, the store's transaction identifiers, purchase and expiry dates, and status (active, expired, refunded). Apple and Google also notify that server about renewals, cancellations and refunds. It holds no name, email, or payment details and is not shared with anyone. The identifier is reset if you delete and reinstall the app; "Restore purchases" links your store purchases to the new one.
AI features are optional and only run when you trigger them. When you do, the voice recording you choose to transcribe is sent to OpenAI and processed to return the result you asked for.
EchoNotes has no server of its own. The request goes directly from your device to OpenAI, under the API key you supply in Settings. For that request you are OpenAI's customer: their terms and privacy policy apply, they bill your account, and we never see the content, the key, or the result. Your key is stored on your device only and is sent nowhere except to OpenAI as the authorisation for your own requests. We do not use your content to train models. Do not include information about other people that they would not want shared.

We never share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
AGENTIQFLOW LLC is based in the United States. If you use EchoNotes elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States under safeguards recognised by your local law, including standard contractual clauses where required.
Because your content lives on your device, deleting the app deletes it. Anything you backed up through iCloud or Google is governed by Apple's or Google's policies. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years. Purchase-verification records on our purchase server are kept while the purchase is active and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires (typically 7 years); they contain no name or contact details.
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your information, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right. Email support@agentiqflow.ai; we answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm you control the account or device in question. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Data in transit uses TLS. Our purchase server stores only hashed API credentials, verifies every receipt cryptographically against Apple's and Google's own keys, and isolates each app's records from every other app's. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
EchoNotes is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email support@agentiqflow.ai and we will delete it.
We will post any change here with a new "last updated" date. For material changes we will also tell you in the app before they take effect.
