These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AGENTIQFLOW LLC ("FocusFence", "we", "us"), the publisher of the FocusFence application for iOS and Android. By installing or using FocusFence you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FocusFence.

You must be at least 13 years old. Apple's and Google's own terms for their app stores also apply.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use FocusFence on devices you own or control, for your own purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, remove any notices, or use it in any way that breaks the law or these Terms.
Anything you create or upload in FocusFence (intentions and session notes) remains yours. You give us only the limited licence needed to store, process and display it so the app can work for you. You are responsible for having the right to use whatever you put into the app.
FocusFence Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. Price and period are shown in the app before you buy. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — not by deleting the app. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we cannot issue them directly. Prices may change; existing purchases are not affected until renewal, and you will be told in advance.
Do not use FocusFence to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass anyone, distribute malware, probe or overload our systems, or evade limits or purchase controls. We may suspend or end your access if you do.
We may update, change, or discontinue features or the whole app at any time. We try to give notice of significant changes and, where possible, a way to export your data. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
FocusFence is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, AGENTIQFLOW LLC and its members and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.
You will defend and hold AGENTIQFLOW LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content, your misuse of the app, or your breach of these Terms.
You can stop using FocusFence at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (your content licence for content already processed, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, email support@agentiqflow.ai and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Claims that cannot be resolved go to the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another place whose law gives you the right to sue at home, nothing here removes that right.
These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about FocusFence. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may assign these Terms to a successor of the business. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the apps distributed through their stores, and are not responsible for the app or for support, warranty, or IP claims — those are ours.
We will post changes here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use FocusFence after a change means you accept it.
