PrepPilot does not use accounts and does not store your content on our servers. Deleting the app from your device deletes your PrepPilot data.
If you have emailed our support mailbox and want that correspondence deleted, email support@agentiqflow.ai and ask.
Purchases are separate. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a PrepPilot Pro subscription through Apple or Google. Manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings; refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Purchase-verification records. Our purchase server keeps an anonymous record of your purchase (random identifier, product, dates, status — no name or email). To have it deleted, email support@agentiqflow.ai with the purchase date and the Apple or Google order number from your store receipt so we can find it; records still needed for tax and accounting are kept for the legally required period and then removed.
