In the app: there is no self-service deletion; email support from your account address and the administrator deletes the account and its data within 30 days. Confirm, and the account and everything stored with it (your account, permissions and activity log; machine and sales records stay with the machine's owner because they are business records) is deleted from our servers. You do not need to email us or give a reason.
If you cannot sign in, email support@agentiqflow.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request is really from you and complete it within 30 days.
What we keep, and why. Purchase records stay as long as tax law requires. Deleted data may persist in encrypted backups for a short period before those roll over.
