City Life Vending is an app for iOS and Android published by AGENTIQFLOW LLC ("City Life Vending", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. AGENTIQFLOW LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

City Life Vending is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger. See "Children" below.
City Life Vending lets City Life Vending operators and partner agents monitor and manage their vending machines: live sales, stock, alerts and remote controls.
Some of your information is stored on our servers so the app can work across devices and sessions. The table below says exactly what.
We show no ads.
We run no tracking or advertising SDKs, and we do not sell personal information.

You need an account to use City Life Vending. You can sign in with an operator account issued by City Life Vending (email and password). We receive the identifier that provider issues for you and the email address on that account. We never see your password for third-party sign-in providers.
Data marked "our servers" above is stored with our infrastructure provider, Railway (United States), in the United States. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the systems that run City Life Vending can read it.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Railway (hosting) and MySQL — host our backend API and database in the United States.
Stripe — processes partner-agent subscription payments on our website only; the app never sends anything to Stripe and holds no payment details.
Apple and Google — app distribution and purchases, under their own privacy policies.
Authorities — only if we are legally required to.
A buyer of the business — if AGENTIQFLOW LLC is acquired, your information would transfer under this same policy and you would be told.
We never share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
AGENTIQFLOW LLC is based in the United States. If you use City Life Vending elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States (and in the United States where our servers are) under safeguards recognised by your local law, including standard contractual clauses where required.
Data on our servers is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account (see the account deletion page) it is removed within 30 days, apart from short-lived encrypted backups. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your information, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right. Email support@agentiqflow.ai; we answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm you control the account or device in question. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Data in transit uses TLS. Data at rest on our servers is encrypted and access is limited to the systems that run the app. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
City Life Vending is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email support@agentiqflow.ai and we will delete it.
We will post any change here with a new "last updated" date. For material changes we will also tell you in the app before they take effect.
