Market Master is a stock and crypto signals service for iOS, Android and the web, published by AGENTIQFLOW LLC ("Market Master", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company. AGENTIQFLOW LLC is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy.

IP address. Our server uses your IP address in memory to rate-limit requests and sign-in attempts; it is not written to our database. Our network provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address to deliver and protect the service and may keep standard security logs.
Server logs. Our logs record account ids for billing and error events. They never contain passwords or payment card details.
We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone, or advertising identifiers.
Market Master Pro is sold only on the website, through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our server; we receive your Stripe customer id, subscription id and subscription status. The iOS and Android apps do not sell anything. If you already have Pro, signing in to the app unlocks it.
If a future version sells Pro inside the app, Apple or Google will process that purchase, and our server will check it through AgentiqFlow Money, our own purchase-verification service, using your Market Master account id. This policy will be updated before that happens.
Market data comes from Coinbase and Alpaca; we send them no information about you. We never share your information with data brokers or advertisers.
Only to provide the features you use (signals, watchlist, alerts, Pro access), answer support requests, keep the service secure and working, and comply with the law. We do not use it for advertising or profiling.
AGENTIQFLOW LLC is based in the United States and our server is in the United States. If you use Market Master elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States under safeguards recognised by your local law, including standard contractual clauses where required.
Account data is kept until you delete your account. Deleting your account (see the account deletion page) removes your account, sessions, watchlist, alert settings, custom alerts, fired-alert records and push tokens from our database immediately. Our database is backed up daily and each backup is kept for 7 days, so the deleted data is gone from backups within 7 days. Stripe keeps its own payment records as the law requires. Support emails are kept for up to 2 years.
Depending on where you live (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and similar laws) you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your information, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You will not be treated differently for exercising a right. Email support@agentiqflow.ai; we answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm you control the account. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
The app and website talk to our server over HTTPS (TLS). Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes and sign-in tokens only as SHA-256 hashes. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will tell you and the regulator as the law requires.
Market Master is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email support@agentiqflow.ai and we will delete it.
We will post any change here with a new "last updated" date. For material changes we will also tell you in the app before they take effect.
