These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and AGENTIQFLOW LLC ("Market Master", "we", "us"), the publisher of Market Master for iOS, Android and the web. By using Market Master you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Market Master.

Market Master signals are automated technical-indicator output, not financial advice. Ratings, scores, events, alerts, levels and the track record are produced by formulas (RSI, MACD, moving averages, Bollinger Bands, volume) applied to market data. They are general information only. They do not consider your finances, goals or risk tolerance, are not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, and we are not a broker, investment adviser or financial planner. Past signals and past performance do not guarantee future results. You alone decide what to trade and bear all gains and losses. Consider getting advice from a licensed professional.
Market data comes from third-party feeds and can be delayed, incomplete, interrupted or wrong. Free-tier values are delayed by at least 15 minutes. Signals, alerts and push notifications may arrive late, more than once, or not at all. Do not rely on Market Master as your only source of information or for time-critical decisions.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live to buy Pro. If you create an account you must give a valid email address and keep your password secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Apple's and Google's terms for their app stores also apply to the apps.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Market Master for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the signals or the service, scrape it or work around rate limits or tier limits, reverse-engineer it, probe or overload our systems, or use it to break the law. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
We may change, add or remove symbols, indicators, features or tiers, or discontinue the service, at any time. We try to give notice of significant changes. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
Market Master is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent the law allows, AGENTIQFLOW LLC and its members and contractors are not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $50.
You will defend and hold AGENTIQFLOW LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of Market Master or your breach of these Terms.
You can stop using Market Master at any time and delete your account as described on the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (not financial advice, disclaimers, liability limits, disputes) survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, email support@agentiqflow.ai and give us 30 days to resolve it informally. Claims that cannot be resolved go to the state or federal courts located in the State of Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another place whose law gives you the right to sue at home, nothing here removes that right.
These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Market Master. If any part is unenforceable, the rest stands. We may assign these Terms to a successor of the business. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms with respect to the apps distributed through their stores, and are not responsible for the apps or for support, warranty, or IP claims — those are ours.
We will post changes here with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Market Master after a change means you accept it.
