What we don't collect

We do not collect, log, or analyze your prompts, agent outputs, vault contents, memory, files, channel messages, or workflow runs. Nothing leaves your device unless you ask.

What our update server sees

To deliver updates and validate licenses, the update server receives: your license key, an opaque device ID we generate, your OS / arch / current version, and your IP address as part of a normal HTTPS request. We do not enrich this data.

Cloud Sync (optional)

Pro and Studio users may enable end-to-end encrypted sync of selected workflows and templates. Sync payloads are encrypted on your device with a key only you hold; we cannot read them.

Third-party AI providers

When you run an agent or workflow that targets a hosted model (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Groq, etc.), the prompt text, conversation history, and any attached file content are transmitted directly from your machine to that provider, under your own API key. AgentiqFlow is not in the middle, does not see the payload, and does not retain it. Provider-side retention is governed by each provider's privacy policy — review them before sending sensitive data, or use a local model (e.g. Ollama) for inputs you do not want to leave your device.

Payments (Stripe)

Purchases are processed by Stripe. We receive your email, license key, plan, subscription status, and period end from Stripe webhooks; we do not receive or store full card numbers or CVCs — those are held by Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to the checkout flow.
