1. Use
AgentiqFlow requires a valid, paid license to install and run — $100 per key per month, one device per key (bulk discounts apply). There is no free tier: every download, install, and runtime invocation needs an active license key.
2. Your content
All data created or processed by AgentiqFlow stays on your device unless you opt into Cloud Sync. We never read your vault, memory, or workflow outputs.
3. Model providers and AI disclosure
AgentiqFlow orchestrates third-party large language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini, xAI Grok, Groq, Ollama, and any others you configure). When you submit a prompt, run an agent, or invoke a workflow, the prompt and any file contents you attach are transmitted directly from your device to the provider you selected, under your own API key. Those providers' terms, content moderation rules, retention windows, and availability apply to that traffic. AgentiqFlow is not in the middle and is not responsible for their behavior.
By using AgentiqFlow with a third-party provider, you consent to that traffic. If you do not consent, configure a local model (e.g. Ollama) or do not run agents that require an external provider.
4. Subscription billing
Licenses bill monthly via Stripe at $100 per key per month (bulk discounts at 10+ keys). Cancel any time from your account or by emailing [email protected] — your license stays active through the end of the paid period, after which access ends.
4a. Refund policy
Refunds are limited to the first month of a new subscription. Within 14 days of that first charge, email [email protected] with your license key and we will issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of that first month, calculated from the date of the refund request. Renewals, second-and-later months, plan upgrades, and add-ons are non-refundable. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in license revocation.
5. License revocation
License keys may be revoked for non-payment, abuse of channels (spam, harassment), or attempts to compromise the update server. Revocation is reversible on appeal.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The software is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the software, the agents, or any output will be correct, complete, or fit for any purpose.
Agent output is not advice. AgentiqFlow orchestrates AI agents and third-party models that can be wrong, biased, or fabricated. Nothing produced by the software — including anything from trading, finance, market, legal, medical, tax, or similar agents — is professional, financial, legal, or investment advice, and it is provided for informational purposes only with no guarantee of accuracy or results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to act on any output, and for any action your swarm takes on your behalf.
You assume all risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentiqFlow and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, trading or financial losses, business interruption, or third-party (model provider) behavior, arising from or related to your use of the software — even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the software or the actions of your agents. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Privacy rights (GDPR / CCPA)
If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA) you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the limited personal data we hold (email, license key, opaque device ID, payment metadata from Stripe). Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information and we do not run cross-site tracking on this site.
8. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State in which AgentiqFlow is registered. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and, for paid subscribers, sent by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
